About Eazy Bartending
Eazy Bartending is a Sydney-based mobile bar service delivering premium bartending and cocktail experiences for weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events and private parties.
We are looking for a creative and social media-savvy Social Media Content Creator to help capture the energy of our events and grow our presence across social media.
The Role
As our Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for capturing, creating and helping plan engaging social media content that showcases Eazy Bartending, our team and the events we service.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands what performs on social media and can turn real moments into entertaining and engaging content.
You don't need professional camera equipment, shooting high-quality content on an iPhone is completely fine.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend selected Eazy Bartending events to shoot social media content.
- Capture high-quality photo and video content using an iPhone or camera.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Collaborate directly with the owner on social media strategy, content ideas and campaigns.
- Develop creative content concepts, hooks and video ideas.
- Identify social media trends and adapt them to the Eazy Bartending brand.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content of bartenders, bar setups and events.
- Film customer reactions, cocktail preparation and engaging event moments.
- Edit short-form videos into engaging, social-first content.
- Assist with planning and maintaining a consistent content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and assist with social media copy.
- Review content performance and help identify which styles and concepts are performing best.
- Maintain a consistent brand style, tone and visual identity across content.
- Proactively bring new ideas and opportunities to grow the Eazy Bartending social media presence.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Understands Instagram, TikTok and short-form social media content.
- Has a strong eye for engaging and visually appealing content.
- Is confident filming content in busy social and event environments.
- Understands hooks, trends and what keeps people watching.
- Can edit short-form video content.
- Is creative and regularly brings new content ideas to the table.
- Is reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Is comfortable collaborating directly with the business owner.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Is available to attend selected events, including some evenings and weekends.
Previous social media or content creation experience is preferred, but we care more about creativity, social media understanding and the ability to create great content than formal qualifications.
