Job Description

If you're passionate about digital marketing, hospitality and creating exceptional online experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and based onsite at Sofitel Brisbane Central, you'll play an integral role in managing the hotel's digital presence across websites, online travel agencies, email marketing, social media and digital campaigns.

Working closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations and external partners, you'll help ensure every digital touchpoint reflects our luxury brand while maximising visibility, guest engagement and commercial performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging digital marketer looking to grow their career within a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing website, OTA and third-party channel content to ensure accuracy, consistency and brand excellence.
Creating engaging, conversion-focused digital content, imagery and promotional messaging.
Supporting digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, search and social channels.
Optimising the hotel's online presence to improve visibility, rankings and guest conversion.
Monitoring website traffic, campaign performance, online bookings and digital KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Supporting CRM and email marketing initiatives, including campaign deployment and reporting.
Working closely with Revenue Management to maximise distribution performance and pricing consistency.
Identifying opportunities to improve the guest digital journey and increase direct revenue.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative digital initiatives.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who brings curiosity, creativity and a passion for digital marketing.

You'll ideally have:

Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, hospitality marketing or a related field.
A genuine passion for travel, luxury hospitality and guest experiences.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing and social media.
Experience working with website CMS platforms.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting tools.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, E-commerce or a related discipline (preferred).
