Hybrid Admin & Recruiter (Fundraising Marketing)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Hybrid Admin & Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the fundraising industry and enjoys both recruitment and administration.

About the Role

You will play a key role in keeping our recruitment and day-to-day operations running smoothly. From sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new employees and supporting the management team, you will help build and maintain a high-performing fundraising team.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Source, screen and interview candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Conduct onboarding for new employees.
Process payroll and maintain employee records.
Handle complaints professionally and confidentially.
Communicate with employees and clients.
Book flights, accommodation and work travel.
Maintain documentation and company databases.
Process sales and prepare reports.
Use Excel, Google Workspace and Dropbox daily.
Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience as a face-to-face fundraiser OR in recruitment for a face-to-face fundraising/marketing company is essential.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
High attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Dropbox.
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
