The Opportunity:

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Night Shift Load Out team on a full-time basis at our Linley Valley Pork site in Wundowie. This role offers stable, ongoing employment with consistent night shift hours and competitive pay rates. The position is well-suited to individuals who are motivated by strong earning potential through steady hours and shift-based income, and who are looking for long-term, reliable work.

You will be responsible for:

Understanding and complying with all safety policies, procedures, and practice.
Trimming and packing pork products to strict customer specifications.
Cleaning floors and chillers.
Operating machinery in a fast-paced environment.
Picking orders from conveyor and storing based on product specification.
Scanning, wrapping and loading product.
Ensuring only the products that meet high quality standards are loaded.
Loading out carcasses.

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of the importance of good hygiene
Adhere to company PPE and safety practices
Great communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
A valid Licence and transportation

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Forklift Licence (LF).
Experience scanning, wrapping and loading product for distribution.
