About the Role

Bunge is looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and focused individuals who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. We have both permanent part-time and permanent full-time positions available, based at Bunge’s Rudall group of sites. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment, supporting all aspects of our grain storage and logistics processes.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, enjoys practical outdoor work, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment. You’ll get involved in everything from operating machinery to maintaining high grain quality and contributing to export operations. You’ll work closely with site staff and play a key role in grain movement, storage, and export readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Support road transport operations, including outturning activities.
Maintain grain quality during the handling and movement process.
Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods.
Assist with other tasks across the group of sites as directed.
Manage the loading and unloading of trucks as part of daily operations.
Operate forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently.
Grain classification and quality control checks.
Implement pest management practices to maintain storage standards

About You

Work well in a team environment with the ability to learn quickly and accept new challenges
A current driver’s licence.
Strong commitment to safe work practises and attention to detail.
Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to assist across a range of site activities.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
Available for rotating shifts, including weekends during busy periods.
Willing and able to undertake competency-based training for site-specific tasks.
