Full Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tea Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tea and specialty drinks, maintaining ingredient stock levels, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and brew tea according to company SOPs and quality standards.
Make drinks ingredients and toppings such as pearls, jelly, and tea bases.
Maintain cleanliness of preparation areas, equipment, counters and dining area.
Refill ingredients and supplies as needed.
Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
Provide friendly customer service and answer questions about menu items.
Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

Previous food service, cafe or bubble tea experience preferred but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability
Can stay in the position for more than 1 year.

Pay: $25.00 – $38.75 per hour
