We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tea Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tea and specialty drinks, maintaining ingredient stock levels, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and brew tea according to company SOPs and quality standards.
- Make drinks ingredients and toppings such as pearls, jelly, and tea bases.
- Maintain cleanliness of preparation areas, equipment, counters and dining area.
- Refill ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
- Provide friendly customer service and answer questions about menu items.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements:
- Previous food service, cafe or bubble tea experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability
- Can stay in the position for more than 1 year.
Pay: $25.00 – $38.75 per hour
