Booking Administration & Front of HouseTamar River Cruises

Tamar River Cruises is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Booking Administrator to join our office and front-of-house team.

This role involves processing bookings, managing future schedules, coordinating vessel crew, organising food requirements, and maintaining basic stock control. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

3 to 5 days per week
Weekend availability is essential
Winter operating hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Summer operating hours: 8:30am – 6:30pm
Flexibility to work seasonal hours is essential

Key Responsibilities

Process customer bookings and enquiries
Manage cruise schedules and future reservations
Coordinate vessel crew and daily operations
Organise catering and food requirements
Maintain and monitor stock levels
Deliver professional front-of-house customer service

About You

The successful applicant will:

Be meticulous with strong attention to detail
Have excellent organisational and communication skills
Be reliable, professional, and adaptable
Work well within a team environment
Be confident managing multiple responsibilities
Be available to work weekends
Previous administration, hospitality, or tourism experience is highly regarded

This is an important role within our business and would suit someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and working within a professional tourism environment.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
