Are you an experienced front office professional ready to step up? Nautica Residences Hillarys is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to work directly alongside our General Manager and take full ownership of front desk operations — from check-in/out to team coordination.
What you’ll do:
✅ Lead daily front office duties (check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest accounts)
✅ Supervise and support front desk staff
✅ Assist the General Manager with reporting, admin, and operational tasks
✅ Deliver exceptional guest experiences at our beautiful Hillarys location
What you bring:
· Supervise, train, and support front desk staff/receptionists to maintain high service standards.
· Ensure shift coverage, punctuality, and adherence to hotel policies.
· Conduct daily briefings and assist with staff performance feedback.
Management Support
· Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks (reporting, inventory of front office supplies, petty cash, and end-of-day reconciliations).
· Monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback; suggest operational improvements.
· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
Guest Experience
· Build rapport with repeat guests and handle VIP arrivals.
· Promote Nautica Residences’ facilities, local Hillarys attractions (beaches, marina, dining), and upsell room upgrades/services.
Qualifications & Skills
· Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a hotel front desk role; prior supervisory experience preferred.
· Systems: Proficiency with PMS (e.g., Opera, RMS – Desirable, or similar booking software). Experience with online travel agents (OTAs) booking engines.
· Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Excellent verbal/written English.
✔ 1–2 years hotel front desk experience (supervisor experience a plus)
✔ Strong PMS skills and attention to detail – RMS Desirable
