Concrete Supervisor / Foreman

Melbourne Metro & Regional Victoria

Salary Package

$100,000 - $110,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Phone + Tablet

About Us

We are a growing civil and construction company delivering a wide range of concrete, civil, asphalt and excavation projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service, we continue to expand our operations and are seeking a motivated Concrete Supervisor / Foreman to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for either:

An experienced Concrete Supervisor looking for a long-term career opportunity; or
A highly capable Leading Hand ready to take the next step into a supervisory role.

You will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing site activities, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily concrete construction activities.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials.
Schedule and oversee concrete pours.
Read and interpret plans and specifications.
Liaise with builders, project managers and clients.
Conduct quality assurance inspections.
Monitor project progress and productivity.
Ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Complete site reporting and documentation.
Identify and resolve site issues as they arise.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience within the concrete construction industry.
Previous Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisory experience preferred.
Ability to manage and motivate crews.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to read plans and manage projects independently.
White Card.
Current Driver’s Licence.
A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
