We are a growing civil and construction company delivering a wide range of concrete, civil, asphalt and excavation projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
With a strong reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service, we continue to expand our operations and are seeking a motivated Concrete Supervisor / Foreman to join our team.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for either:
- An experienced Concrete Supervisor looking for a long-term career opportunity; or
- A highly capable Leading Hand ready to take the next step into a supervisory role.
You will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing site activities, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily concrete construction activities.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Schedule and oversee concrete pours.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Liaise with builders, project managers and clients.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections.
- Monitor project progress and productivity.
- Ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Complete site reporting and documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues as they arise.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within the concrete construction industry.
- Previous Leading Hand, Foreman or Supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to manage and motivate crews.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to read plans and manage projects independently.
- White Card.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
