THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a full-time Team Leader role at our Sydney venue. You'll be a key part of our leadership team — owning the floor, developing your crew, and making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a story. This is a real step-up role: if you're ready to grow from crew to leader, or you're already leading and want a brand worth leading for — this is your move.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

● Lead, inspire and develop a FOH team that delivers an outstanding guest experience every shift

● Oversee daily restaurant operations — smooth service, timely food delivery and an on-brand atmosphere

● Coach and mentor team members in real time, providing constructive feedback and genuine care for their growth

● Assist with onboarding and training new team members — getting them up to speed with our standards and culture

● Handle guest feedback, complaints and inquiries with confidence, professionalism and warmth

● Manage opening and closing procedures including cash handling, register balancing and securing the venue

● Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management and flag issues before they become problems

● Ensure the restaurant is always clean, welcoming and compliant with all health and safety regulations

● Be the go-to energy in the room — set the standard and the team will follow

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We're looking for a natural leader who's passionate about people, food and doing things the right way.

● Proven experience as a team leader, supervisor or senior crew member in a fast-paced hospitality environment (preferred, not required)

● Strong leadership and communication skills — you inspire people, not just manage them

● Excellent customer service instincts and the ability to handle challenging situations with calm professionalism

● The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy service environment without losing your cool

● A genuine team-first mentality — willing to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front

● Flexibility to work across evenings, weekends and public holidays

● Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate — or willingness to obtain

● Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate — or willingness to obtain
