Administration Assistants are key in the smooth running of our service. The role brings a variety of administration activities such as data entry, filing, preparing of spreadsheets, responding to calls and emails, as well as assistance with volunteer onboarding and record keeping. This role is ideal for someone who loves order, systems and quality improvement, as well as supporting a team to achieve great outcomes for the community.

Development opportunities with this role
This role will give volunteers an opportunity to develop skills and build experience in administration as well as experience in working as a part of a team. Volunteers will receive on the job training and support, working alongside experienced professionals in a caring and supportive environment. As an extra bonus, volunteers have access to professional development training.
