About the Role:
Are you passionate about supporting older Australians to live independently? Adventist Senior Living is dedicated to serving northern New South Wales, and we’re seeking a skilled Administrative Professional to join our Home Care team based at our Cooranbong office. This fulltime role is key in assisting our team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
What You'll Do:
Our Home Care team provides personalised in-home care that supports individuals to remain independent, safe, and comfortable in their own homes. It offers a range of flexible services, including clinical care, personal care, domestic support, allied health, and social support.
As our Administrative Assistant, your role will include:

You will be a key contact for our team, our clients and their families, managing enquiries and escalating where needed

Provide administrative support, which includes data entry, record keeping and system management

Monitor service delivery and assist where needed with scheduling
- Support onboarding of new clients and ensure accurate system setup and documentation

Maintain compliance with aged care standards, privacy requirements and organisational policies

Provide Exceptional Customer Service, using your communication and customer service skills to interact warmly with clients, staff, and visitors.
About You:

Experienced in administration with in care or health services.

Certificate III or IV in Office Administration or equivalent. - Desirable

Demonstrated customer service with a professional phone manner.

Detail-oriented with administration and financial tasks, including invoice processing and petty cash management.

Strong team player, collaborating effectively with the Home Care team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, rostering systems, basic financial, maintenance, clinical care, and governance database tools.

Previous experience with Human Force, Alaya Care and Ionmy, beneficial

Passionate about supporting clients' independence, health, and well-being.
