G10 Fútbol is a specialist football player development academy based in Botany, Sydney, operating across two dedicated indoor football facilities located next door to each other.
For more than 10 years, we have specialised in individual player development, working with players from 3 years of age through to youth, senior and professional footballers.
As G10 continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Football Development Coach to become a core member of our coaching team.
This is not a short-term or seasonal coaching position. We are looking for someone who can initially join us on a part-time/casual basis, build their hours and responsibilities, and potentially transition into a full-time coaching role.
The role
You will work within the G10 methodology and be responsible for delivering high-quality:
- 1-on-1 player development sessions
- Partner and small-group sessions
- Junior and youth development groups
- Technical football sessions across different ages and playing levels
- Sessions for players ranging from beginners and grassroots through to NPL/JDL, senior and professional level
Our coaching is heavily focused on technical player development. Coaches must be comfortable physically demonstrating skills and movements, explaining technical details clearly and breaking skills down so players understand how and why they are performing them.
The role is not simply about running drills. We want coaches who can teach, communicate, mentor and connect with players.
What we're looking for
The right candidate will ideally have:
- A strong football playing background
- Excellent technical football ability
- Previous football coaching experience
- Ability to confidently demonstrate technical skills at a high standard
- Strong understanding of individual player development
- Ability to coach players across junior, youth and senior age groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with players while maintaining professional standards
- Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for sessions
- A professional, energetic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn, understand and deliver the G10 methodology
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- A genuine desire to develop a long-term career in football coaching
Availability
G10 operates 7 days per week.
Our coaching schedule includes weekday mornings, weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.
Applicants need to have flexibility across these periods. This position is particularly suited to someone who wants coaching to become a significant part of their working week rather than simply picking up one or two sessions.

- Valid driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle
- Australian working rights
- Valid Working With Children Check, or ability to obtain one
- Ability to reliably travel to Botany, Sydney
- Availability across a combination of mornings, afternoons/evenings and weekends
