About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Casual Member Consultant to join our Albion Park team. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests — creating a welcoming atmosphere, supporting member needs, and helping new people get started. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident with sales. Your main responsibilities will include:

Member Experience & Customer Service:

Greet and engage with all members and guests Create a welcoming, inclusive, and positive club environment
Assist with enquiries and provide exceptional customer service Build genuine relationships with members

Sales & Lead Management

Follow up enquiries and assist in converting leads into members
Conduct club tours and confidently present membership options
Support current promotions and generate referrals
Contribute to achieving club sales targets

Club Presentation & Operations

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Complete daily club checks and support a safe environment
Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

Member Engagement & Retention

Proactively connect with members on the gym floor
Support member retention and engagement initiatives
Assist with in-club events and community activities
Administration Maintain accurate member records in ClubWise
Assist with emails, phone enquiries, and general admin tasks

If considered for this role, you might be asked to submit these requirements:

Certificate 3 & 4 of Fitness (Preferred but not required)

First Aid & CPR

Police Check

Working with Children Check

Success in This Role Looks Like

Strong relationships with members and positive feedback
Consistent contribution to sales and club goals
A clean, safe, and welcoming club environment
Active involvement in club culture and team initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
Positive attitude with strong initiative
Ability to work independently and in a team
Customer service or sales experience (preferred)
Must be available to work weekends (desirable)
