About Us

We're a solar business based in Castle Hill, Sydney, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to help keep our finances running smoothly. This is a flexible, part-time role suited to someone who enjoys autonomy and takes pride in accurate, well-organised books.

The Role

Working from our Castle Hill office 2 full days a week, you'll take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and make sure our accounts are fully reconciled and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Full bank and account reconciliation
General day-to-day bookkeeping
Invoice management — issuing, tracking, and following up on customer and supplier invoices
Accounts payable and receivable
Keeping financial records accurate and current
Liaising with our external accountant as needed

About You

Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally with a small business or trade-based company
Confident using accounting software (Xero and QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Certificate/Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting is a plus, not essential
