Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist looking for a rewarding weekend role with a supportive and welcoming team?

Dentessential Richmond is an established and growing dental practice looking for an experienced, patient-focused Hygienist/OHT to join our team on weekends.

We value high-quality dentistry, excellent patient care and a positive team culture. You’ll have the opportunity to work with an established patient base while collaborating closely with experienced dentists and a supportive clinical team.

The Role

You will have the autonomy to manage your patients while working collaboratively with our dentists to deliver comprehensive care.

Your role may include:

Dental hygiene and preventive care
Periodontal assessment, treatment and maintenance
Oral health education and tailored home-care advice
Fluoride and preventive treatments
Supporting our recall and maintenance program
Building strong, long-term relationships with patients
Working collaboratively with dentists on comprehensive treatment plans
For Oral Health Therapists – providing treatment within your individual scope of practice

About You

We would love to hear from you if you:

Are a qualified Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist
Hold current AHPRA registration
Have a warm, gentle and confident chairside manner
Are passionate about prevention and periodontal health
Have excellent communication and patient-education skills
Enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients
Work well both independently and collaboratively
Are reliable, professional and team-oriented
Are available for Saturday/weekend work

Previous experience is highly regarded, although finding the right person and team fit is most important to us.
