Are you a passionate Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist looking for a rewarding weekend role with a supportive and welcoming team?
Dentessential Richmond is an established and growing dental practice looking for an experienced, patient-focused Hygienist/OHT to join our team on weekends.
We value high-quality dentistry, excellent patient care and a positive team culture. You’ll have the opportunity to work with an established patient base while collaborating closely with experienced dentists and a supportive clinical team.
The Role
You will have the autonomy to manage your patients while working collaboratively with our dentists to deliver comprehensive care.
Your role may include:
- Dental hygiene and preventive care
- Periodontal assessment, treatment and maintenance
- Oral health education and tailored home-care advice
- Fluoride and preventive treatments
- Supporting our recall and maintenance program
- Building strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Working collaboratively with dentists on comprehensive treatment plans
- For Oral Health Therapists – providing treatment within your individual scope of practice

About You
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Are a qualified Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist
- Hold current AHPRA registration
- Have a warm, gentle and confident chairside manner
- Are passionate about prevention and periodontal health
- Have excellent communication and patient-education skills
- Enjoy developing long-term relationships with patients
- Work well both independently and collaboratively
- Are reliable, professional and team-oriented
- Are available for Saturday/weekend work
Previous experience is highly regarded, although finding the right person and team fit is most important to us.
