- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality special meals or substitute items in line with hotel standards.
- Manage team performance and standard.
- Supervise kitchen sections.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared, and ensure the quality of the food items.
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods.
- Conduct trainings for others.
