THE ROLE

As Pastry Chef at Wyndham Lodge, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, slices, and baked products.

Prepare and present a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, slices, and baked goods.
Develop seasonal and special occasion dessert offerings.
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all products.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulatory requirements.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Support themed events, celebrations, and special functions.
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and broader hospitality team.

This is more than a Pastry Chef role. It's an opportunity to use your creativity to bring joy, comfort, and memorable moments to residents every day.

ABOUT YOU

Qualified Pastry Chef, Baker, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience producing high-quality desserts, cakes, pastries, and baked goods.
Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP principles.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and pride in presentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
