Full Job Description

Work Hours:

Training (June): Monday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 12-7pm and Thursday 8am-5:30pm
Once trained (from July): Monday 8am-6pm, Wednesday 11:30am-7:30pm (working from home) and Sunday 8:30am-2:30pm
Additional hours for July: Tuesday and Thursday 9am-5:30pm (from home)

Join Our Team as a Business Administrator at Ace Tutoring!

Are you passionate about education and making a difference in students' lives? Ace Tutoring is seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our team in West Perth. As a leading provider of tutoring services for students with diverse learning needs, we are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering calls and responding to emails.
Assisting with student bookings, payments and invoicing processes
Maintaining student records and ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Coordinating with tutors and staff to ensure smooth operation of tutoring sessions
Supporting the team & Directors with general office tasks and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administration or customer service roles.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
All staff onsite that are 18+ are required to have a current WWCC. For applicants that do not have a WWCC, we would ask you to apply for one once successful
