Hourly rate: $34.19 - $35.64 per hour (pending experience)

Your Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant - Front Reception to join the staff of Shalom College, Bundaberg. This is a full-time continuing position for 38 hpw, commencing as soon as possible or as negotiated with the successful applicant.

The Administration Assistant (Front Reception) provides a warm and welcoming environment for parents and visitors to the college and completes a variety of essential administrative duties.

We are also seeking Casual Administration Assistants. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this advertisement.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

An understanding of, and a commitment to, the values of Catholic Education.
excellent time management skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
high proficiency of computer schools
the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality in dealing with young people and their needs
the ability to work well either individually or collaboratively in a team and to accept direction and support
genuine care for the wellbeing of students
adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic educational setting
tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent knowledge, qualifications and experience relevant to this role would be highly regarded
