Full Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive who is familiar with the Vietnamese market to lead our strategy and boost brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth in international markets. This key role involves collaborating with different departments and running effective marketing campaigns. If you have strong marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and expertise in digital marketing and data analytics, we would love to hear from you and have you drive our success forward.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1) Event & Activation Marketing - 30%

Plan and execute booth activations and offline events based on the monthly calendar.
Engage walk-by customers around the booth, pitch product and drive on-site registrations.
Brief and manage POSM production: flyers, standees, banners, backdrops, signage.
Handle event logistics: staffing, setup/dismantle, permits, and gift/POSM inventory.

2) Partnership, Community & PR - 30%

Source, contact, and negotiate with partners and vendors for booth rental and placement fees.
Identify, negotiate, and manage community groups/pages for regular content collaboration.
Develop monthly content plans for partnership/community channels, publish, and monitor engagement.
Coordinate PR partners, prepare press releases, and secure coverage for events.

3) Performance Marketing & Analytics - 20%

Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM.
Handle on-page and off-page SEO implementation.
Track performance via GA4, Google Search Console, and CRM systems.
Analyze customer data to optimize campaigns, improve conversion, and manage ad budgets.

4) Other Marketing Activities - 20%

Develop and implement overall marketing strategies to support business growth.
Ensure consistent brand identity and positioning across all channels.
Create marketing materials: banners, videos, flyers, and sales kits.
Write content for blogs and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and deliver weekly reports.

Requirements:

At least 3 years in marketing, PR, or other relevant fields.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly and persuasively.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM systems.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese for effective communication with domestic and international partners.
Comprehensive understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
Collaborative attitude with a proactive, "can-do" approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Experience in executing marketing strategies across multiple international markets.
Skilled in managing multiple marketing projects and coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
Ability to implement creative marketing strategies, especially in a fintech environment.
