Goodlife Hillarys is expanding our Personal Training team and we’re looking for motivated, driven, and coachable trainers who want to build a successful business inside a high-performing club environment.

Whether you’re newly qualified or already experienced, this is an opportunity to grow your client base quickly with ongoing mentorship, proven systems, and support from one of Australia’s leading fitness brands.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Delivering high-quality Personal Training sessions
Conducting health and fitness consultations
Designing personalised training programs for members
Building relationships and creating an outstanding member experience
Growing your own PT business within the club
Helping members improve confidence, health, performance, and lifestyle habits

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for trainers who are:

Passionate about helping people
Strong communicators with a positive attitude
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Professional, reliable, and growth-focused
Comfortable building relationships and promoting their services

REQUIREMENTS

Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or currently studying) Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
