Location: Pilbara/Goldfields

FIFO available from Perth, East Coast (additional FIFO options available from Bali, Thailand and Philippines – for Australian & New Zealand passport holders).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR/MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

To be eligible for these positions you must hold:

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
Australian Driver’s Licence
RII’s/Machine Competencies
Hands-on experience with operator step-up and/or refresher training
Basic proficiency using computers and/or Android tablets
3 yrs Operating either of the following 2 types of equipment:
Production Excavator/Dozers
Production Graders /Dozers
Production Loader/Graders
Production Loader/Dozers
Frontrunner qualifications/experience an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Development and improvement of production operators.
Uphold the values and professionalism of the company you represent.
Proactive and effective communicator with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Positive self-presentation.
Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that reflect both your expertise and the standards of the company you represent.
Deliver training focused on componentry, preventative maintenance, safe operations, and operational efficiency.

WHAT WE OFFER

For all positions we offer the following:

Flexible rosters: Various options available dependent on job roles
Day shift only (12-hour shifts)
Travel, accommodation, and meals provided
Ongoing Casual + Superannuation
