ThoroughTec Simulation, the world’s leading developer of high-fidelity, operator training simulators for the mining industry, is looking for an energetic and experienced Customer Success Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting ThoroughTec’s global mining clients to properly integrate and utilise our CYBERMINE dump truck operator training simulator and other technology-based training products to maximise value realisation. Candidates will be expected to leverage their pre-existing skills and experience, as well as mastering new technology and methods to.
- Instruct client staff in the effective use of ThoroughTec’s CYBERMINE dump truck operator training simulator and other supporting products.
- Conduct equipment specific training interventions on the simulator, providing high level support and guidance to participants to ensure successful outcomes.
- Review and modify client training curricula and course material to best leverage ThoroughTec’s products in the context of Client training objectives.
- Oversee and mentor Client trainers and instructors.
- Facilitate course delivery, skill building and monitor training progress, analyse outcomes and report results to mine management.
- Critically, this individual will be required to interface with all levels of mine management to identify operator KPI’s, collect and assess actual operator performance data and then implement the necessary operator performance improvement programmes to achieve the client’s desired outcomes.
- This role will be FIFO (Perth based to Kalgoorlie) with an 8:6 roster utilising client charter flights and accommodation.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates should satisfy the following critical requirements to be considered for the role:
- 2 -3 years industry training experience (advantageous)
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- A valid Passport (without travel restrictions)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English
- A willingness and ability to travel extensively, based on the FIFO roster
- A high degree of competency in the MS Office suite
- High degree of self-motivation, self-discipline and an ability to work independently
