The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our Accounts Payable function. In this role, you’ll act as the subject matter expert, overseeing the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while guiding day-to-day team operations. You’ll also partner closely with the Manager - Finance Shared Services to drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This position is offered on a fixed term basis until 8th April 2027.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise Accounts Payable team, supporting daily operations and providing guidance
Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor and grower invoices and payments, in line with delegated authority and agreed payment terms
Maintain high levels of customer service and strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate monthly reconciliations for vendors and local and international creditors
Provide advice, guidance and support on Accounts Payable processes, accounting policies and delegations of authority

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a shared services finance environment
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable
Sound understanding of relevant financial legislation and compliance requirements
Previous supervisory experience within a finance or shared services function
SAP experience desirable
