NSSM is committed to providing top-tier, in-house support, all while embodying Northern Star’s STARR Core Values, with all of our current projects being based in the Goldfields region.

We're now hiring experienced Dump Truck Operators to join our crews, working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Here’s what awaits you:

Operating CAT 785, 789 or 793 haul trucks safely and efficiently
Driving the rigid Hitachi 3500AC-3 truck
Performing pre-start checks and reporting maintenance issues
Following designated haul routes and traffic procedures
Working closely with excavator operators, dispatch, and supervisors
Staying alert to changing pit conditions and site hazards
Completing production records and clear shift handovers
Supporting a safety-first, team-driven work environment

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

A minimum of 12 months' experience operating mechanical or electric haul trucks in an open pit mining environment
A valid WA “C” Class Driver’s Licence
Strong safety mindset and teamwork ethic
Solid understanding of open pit mining operations
