Full Job Description

This is a full-time office based, permanent position with opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services. We would also be open to considering part-time (30 hours per week) for the right person.

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in West Wyalong. This is a full-time office based, permanent position with opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services. We would also be open to considering 30 hours per week for the right person.

Your role, your contribution!

Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments
Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
