Cleary Earth & Civil is a growing earthmoving and civil construction business seeking Plant Operators and Skilled Operators to join our team. We work across West Wyalong and the Lake Cowal Mine, delivering high-quality, reliable services to our clients.

About the Role
We are looking for operators skilled in a range of earthmoving machinery, such as:
- Excavators
- Moxy
- Loaders
- Dozers
- Graders (advantage but not essential)
You will be responsible for safe and efficient operation of machinery, general labouring when required, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a range of earthmoving plant safely and efficiently
- Follow site safety procedures and comply with mine and company policies
- Carry out basic machine checks and maintenance
- Work as part of a team to achieve project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Experience operating heavy machinery in civil or mining environments
- Relevant plant operating tickets/competencies
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Shift work on mine 7 on 7 off
- Driver’s licence (HR or above desirable)
- Ability to pass mine site medicals and drug/alcohol screening
