Full Job Description

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Designer to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail and is passionate about creating beautiful, effective design. From website and EDM design through to campaign rollouts, social content and digital advertising, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams, reporting to the Creative Lead, delivering engaging creative that supports both brand and commercial objectives.

What you will do

Design brochures, flyers and print material.
Gain hands-on experience across content and social media, partnerships, campaigns and events.
Create digital assets including eDMs, web content and banners.
Contribute ideas while working within established guidelines.
Social media content and creative, scheduling content across relevant platforms.
Review social media platforms and recommend improvements.
Presentation and pitch materials.
Assist with basic email marketing and promotional material.

About you

Strong attention to detail and typography skills.
Comfortable working at pace and adapting to changing priorities.
Confident in Adobe Creative Suite skills.
Capability across both print and digital.
Experience working in-house or within structured brand guidelines.
Proactive, organized approach and comfortable working on multiple projects.
Curiosity about emerging tools and a desire to know how strong brands are built, not just what they look like.
A team player.

Desirable

Website design / UI design / knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Figma experience.
Video / Photography and editing skills.
