About the Role
Working with a national team of talented HR and Learning professionals, In this dynamic role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to a dedicated client group, leveraging your expertise to drive both strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Responsibilities include:
Support your portfolio through:
Providing advice on employee matters and managing employee relations cases.
- Proactively anticipate upcoming resource needs and manage end to end recruitment for senior roles.
- Support talent management across your client group, increasing capability, managing performance, and supporting learning initiatives.
- Partner with leaders on cyclical processes like engagement surveys, performance and remuneration reviews.
Collaborate with the broader People Advisory team:
- Contribute to the development of People policies, ensuring compliance with the relevant modern awards.
- Support People Advisory colleagues with employee matters In the Perth studio, as the local People Partner.
- Support the delivery of the National People Advisory plan contributing to strategic initiatives and programs.
- Use data insights to inform strategic decision-making and highlight areas for improvement.
- Support the development and upskilling of junior staff in the people team.
About You
We look forward to welcoming someone with previous business partnering experience, who thrives in collaborative environments and builds strong relationships across teams to deliver impactful results:
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline – preferred.
- Natural passion and curiosity for all thing people and learning.
- Natural strength in communication, both written and verbal including confidence in presenting information to a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Can build rapport easily and have a general interest in getting to know people
- Comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and the ability to navigate modern awards with confidence, provide sound advice and manage complexity. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional HR outcomes.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
