An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and high-performing Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join the team at Doncaster JLR, part of Autosports Group - one of Australia’s largest prestige and luxury automotive retail groups, employing approximately 2,000 people across 85 dealerships nationally.

This role offers a rewarding blend of sales, customer service, and administration, making it perfect for a confident, friendly, and ambitious candidate who enjoys collaborating in a team environment to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit new finance applications
Assist with the settlement of new car purchases
Ensure 100% compliance with relevant financiers and maintain up-to-date accreditation
Continually seek to improve the quality and efficiency of systems and processes
Work closely with other department managers to deliver outstanding customer service and sales outcomes
To be proficient in finance retention

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in automotive finance within a dealership and a proven track record
Compliance with all financiers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to seek guidance where necessary
Exceptional attention to detail and a highly professional approach
The ability to work autonomously
A friendly, customer-focused attitude
