Full Job Description

As a member of the waiting staff at Cafe Latte , you will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and satisfying dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with their needs, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will work closely with the kitchen and other team members to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and promptly relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience, such as refilling beverages, providing additional utensils, or accommodating special requests.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of tables, including clearing and resetting them for incoming guests

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
