Full Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent role - Monday to Friday, 7.30 am to 5.00 pm.

As a Vehicle Assembler, you’ll be responsible for reassembling repaired vehicles to ensure they’re safe, operable and ready for the next stage of the process. Your work plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the role:

Quality‑check vehicles upon receipt to ensure all prior work is complete
Reassemble vehicles following documented procedures and company standards
Test and assess vehicle operability and safety
Maintain a clean and compliant workspace (WHS & QA standards)
Communicate effectively with Production, Estimators and Customer Relations
Move vehicles as required by the Repair Centre Manager
Respect customer vehicles, company equipment and security guidelines
Support a positive team environment and uphold uniform standards

What you'll bring:

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Ability to follow procedures and reassemble vehicles accurately
Solid time‑management and organisational skills
Integrity, reliability and proactive communication
Ability to stay composed under pressure and work through obstacles
Team‑oriented approach with respect for colleagues and customers
