About the Role

We're looking for a confident, keen and results driven Territory Manager to service our Melbourne and Sydney territories.

You'll be based at our head office in Melbourne, servicing our Metro customers and supporting sales operations. You'll also service and visit our Sydney customers periodically, through electronic and phone contact, and face to face during regular travel.

This is an exciting role in a friendly and supportive environment. We're after someone who loves to hunt new sales, thrives on a win, and can show real, solid, consistent results. Experience in the auto electrical and vehicle lighting industries is highly regarded.

Travel: Most of your work is Melbourne based and home each night. The role also involves periodic trips to service our Sydney customers, which will mean some overnight stays away from home from time to time. Trips are planned in advance, and Whitevision covers all travel and accommodation costs.

What You'll Do

Secure new business across your territory
Grow existing business, accounts and relationships
Sell across every channel including phone, email and face to face
Support head office sales operations and Metro Melbourne customers
Service and support our Sydney customers periodically, including travel and face to face visits
Schedule and manage your own customer appointments and call cycle
Prepare and raise quotations, and follow them through to close
Operate and maintain an active sales pipeline
Complete regular sales reporting on activity, pipeline and results
Attend regular sales meetings, trade shows and industry events
Research the market and actively seek out new opportunities
Work well within a supportive team

What You'll Bring

A genuine hunter's mindset, with a love of chasing new sales and closing the win
A track record of solid, consistent sales results
Experience in the auto electrical, vehicle lighting or automotive aftermarket industries (highly regarded)
A current driver licence (essential)
Strong phone and computer skills (essential), comfortable with email, CRM and everyday office software
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A great work ethic and a positive, team focused attitude
Willingness to travel interstate periodically to support our Sydney customers
