What you’ll be doing

Be the first point of contact — greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage incoming calls across our national call queues, ensuring every caller feels valued
Keep reception, meeting rooms, and common areas looking professional and welcoming
Assist with a variety of administration tasks
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies
Support internal meetings and staff events (including catering arrangements)
Liaise with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for

Minimum 1 year office administration experience (law firm or professional services experience highly regarded)
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work independently
Great organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
A friendly, approachable nature and genuine commitment to client service
