About the role
An exciting career opportunity for an experienced full-time Legal Secretary to join our Health Law team. Working alongside other experienced Legal Secretaries, you will be well-supported and enjoy the opportunity to build strong relationships within our team.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing general correspondence and court documents, preparation of briefs to counsel (hard copy and electronic), management of lawyers’ diaries, file administration, billing, transcribing digital dictation of advices and other general administrative responsibilities as required. You will regularly liaise with clients and external providers, so your polished telephone manner and communication skills are required.
About you
You will have previous experience as a legal secretary of at least 1 year, fast and accurate typing skills of 70+wpm, sound knowledge of MS Office and have an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised work method.
