Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Package: $56,000 annually (base + commissions)

About the Role:

As a Retail Store Associate, you’ll be the face of Vodafone, creating memorable customer experiences and offering tailored solutions across mobile, broadband, and device services. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced retail environment with clear performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and consultative approach
Recommend suitable Vodafone products and services
Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
Work collaboratively with your team to deliver store success
Follow a flexible 40-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in face-to-face customer service or retail sales
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn
Results-driven mindset with a team-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
POS experience and working towards KPIs is a bonus

$58,000 Total Package (base salary + commissions)
