About the Role:
As a Retail Store Associate, you’ll be the face of Vodafone, creating memorable customer experiences and offering tailored solutions across mobile, broadband, and device services. You’ll work in a supportive, fast-paced retail environment with clear performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and consultative approach
- Recommend suitable Vodafone products and services
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver store success
- Follow a flexible 40-hour rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in face-to-face customer service or retail sales
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to learn
- Results-driven mindset with a team-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting
- POS experience and working towards KPIs is a bonus
