Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Preparing and reconciling bank statements
- Assisting with invoice management and payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting activities
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve account queries
- General administrative duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in an accounts clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
