Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Residential Care Services team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is an exciting role for a clinician who is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and wants to be part of a supportive and progressive Aged Care provider.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
Deliver individual therapy and facilitate group exercise sessions
Liaise with facility staff, GPs, families, and other allied health professionals
Manage clinical documentation and reporting requirements
Assist in care planning alongside nurses and facility managers
Contribute to education sessions such as falls prevention and manual handling
Optional: support community-based services in the surrounding area

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent internationally recognised qualification (APA approved)
Current AHPRA Registration (General or Limited)
Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and risk management
Ability to mentor and support junior therapists (preferred)
Australian working rights
National Police Check and NDIS/Working with Children Clearance
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
