We’re looking for a Physiotherapist to join our dedicated Residential Care Services team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This is an exciting role for a clinician who is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and wants to be part of a supportive and progressive Aged Care provider.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver individual therapy and facilitate group exercise sessions
- Liaise with facility staff, GPs, families, and other allied health professionals
- Manage clinical documentation and reporting requirements
- Assist in care planning alongside nurses and facility managers
- Contribute to education sessions such as falls prevention and manual handling
- Optional: support community-based services in the surrounding area
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent internationally recognised qualification (APA approved)
- Current AHPRA Registration (General or Limited)
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and risk management
- Ability to mentor and support junior therapists (preferred)
- Australian working rights
- National Police Check and NDIS/Working with Children Clearance
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
