The Opportunity:

CSR is seeking an experienced and motivated PM DC Supervisor to lead logistics operations at our Yarraville facility from 2pm - 10pm. This hands-on leadership role is critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Reporting to the DC Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of the warehouse team, fostering a strong safety culture, driving process improvement, and ensuring operational disciplines are consistently executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations & Systems

Lead daily warehouse operations to ensure service, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer outcomes.
Utilise and champion Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational systems to optimise performance and data integrity.
Maintain strong inventory control practices, including cycle counts, stock investigations, and stocktakes.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
Ensure compliance with WHS, COR, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Lead investigations into safety incidents, operational issues, and customer complaints, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Coordinate logistics activities to support efficient warehouse operations and customer deliveries.

People Leadership

Build and maintain a strong safety-first, high-performing team culture.
Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and personal development goals.
Conduct daily team briefings focused on safety, service, productivity, and priorities.
Foster accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement across the team.
Provide leadership support across shifts when required, ensuring operational continuity and consistent standards.

About You

You are a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing people leadership with attention to detail, systems, and process excellence.

You will bring:

Proven experience leading teams in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong WMS and warehouse systems experience, with the ability to use data to improve performance and inventory accuracy.
A detail-oriented approach with a focus on process compliance and continuous improvement.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
A commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
