The Opportunity

Join a high-performing, rapidly growing brand as our their next Creative Strategist, leading and shaping the performance content team. You’ll be at the forefront of paid social media advertising, crafting creative strategies that drive results while building a department that balances creativity with commercial impact. This is your chance to influence both brand and performance campaigns, embedding your expertise into a business that values strategic thinking and measurable outcomes.

The Responsibilities

Lead and build performance content department, managing a small but growing team
Own the ad creative strategy for paid social campaigns, shaping campaigns that convert.
Utilise your skills copywriting, tone of voice, and creative messaging across campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business objectives.
Translate consumer insights into high-performing creative concepts that deliver results across channels.

You Will Bring

Strong experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of driving performance results.
A balance of creative thinking and commercial acumen, able to bridge brand and performance.
Experience in agency or brand-side roles, with the ability to thrive in-house.
Deep understanding of audience behavior and the psychology behind engagement and conversion.
Leadership capability to mentor, guide, and scale a small, high-performing creative team.
Ability to think beyond execution, embedding into the brand to influence business outcomes.
