TAG is a Melbourne-based full-service digital marketing agency partnering with businesses to drive growth through strategy, creative, paid media, websites, CRM and digital transformation. Our head office is located in Balaclava, Melbourne, where this full-time position is based.
We're seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to create engaging digital content across multiple platforms, helping our clients communicate effectively and achieve meaningful commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Consult with clients and internal teams to determine creative objectives, audience requirements and project outcomes.
· Design and produce multimedia content including digital graphics, motion graphics, animations, video assets and interactive content.
· Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for digital campaigns, websites, social media and marketing initiatives.
· Create static and animated assets using industry-standard design and multimedia software.
· Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers and marketing specialists to deliver integrated creative solutions.
· Prepare production-ready artwork and oversee quality throughout the production process.
· Ensure all creative work aligns with client brand guidelines, technical specifications and campaign objectives.
· Contribute innovative ideas that improve user engagement, creative quality and campaign performance.
· Stay current with emerging multimedia technologies, creative trends and industry best practices.
Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related discipline.
· Demonstrated experience producing multimedia content with a strong digital portfolio.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
· Experience creating digital assets across websites, social media and online marketing campaigns.
· Strong creative, visual communication and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
