Position Title: Volunteer Administration & Patient Transport Officer

Classification: HS1

Salary per hour: $29.57 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

Role description

Are you a natural organiser who loves working with people? We're looking for a Volunteer Administration & Patient Transport Officer to keep our volunteer services running seamlessly.

You'll coordinate transport logistics, respond to enquiries, manage volunteer and client data, prepare reports and newsletters, organise meetings and events, and support volunteer recruitment and onboarding.

If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy building positive relationships, this role offers the chance to support our highly valued volunteers and contribute to meaningful community health services.
