$40–$45 per hour + Super
Prime Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable and motivated Disability Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 60s living with Parkinson’s disease in Mill Park.
This is an ongoing casual position offering approximately 10–20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people remain active, independent and engaged in their community.
About the Role
You will provide one-on-one support focused on improving quality of life, maintaining independence and assisting the participant to work towards meaningful goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care assistance
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Light household cleaning and domestic assistance
- Supporting participation in exercise and mobility programs
- Encouraging independence and active participation in daily activities

You are:

Essential Requirements
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia
Desirable
- Experience supporting people with Parkinson’s disease, neurological conditions, disability, aged care or rehabilitation
- Qualifications or studies in Disability Support, Allied Health Assistance, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Nursing or a related field
