About the role

As the Senior Asset System Lead, you will act as the voice of the business—ensuring asset management processes are accurately designed, configured, tested and implemented within the TechnologyOne Enterprise Asset Management module.

You will bridge operational knowledge and system delivery, ensuring that our services, processes and technology align to support both our community needs and employee experience, while enabling a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.

Skills and experience require to perform the role

Lead asset system design and configuration aligned to business needs
Translate asset processes into system functionality and controls
Engage stakeholders and provide trusted advice across service areas
Support testing, validation and issue resolution
Assist go-live, deployment and transition activities
Drive process improvement, documentation and best practice alignment
Build capability through guidance, training and knowledge transfer

About you

Experience with asset systems and ERP implementations (TechnologyOne desirable)
Strong understanding of asset management processes
Proven experience in system design, testing and transformation programs
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
